• 2 very ripe bananas
• 2 cups flour

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5‑inch loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Separately whisk bananas, sweetener, eggs, and oil.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in pops.
- Bake 45–55 minutes, until a tester comes out clean.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup quinoa pops
• 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (for coating)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the chocolate until smooth. Stir in vanilla and quinoa  pops.
- Chill 10 minutes until thickened but still scoopable.
- Roll into small balls and coat with shredded coconut. Chill until firm.
